Are you struggling in your relationship, and would like to move to a better place with your partner? I’m pleased to be able to help.

As a Psychotherapist and Coach, I’ve been helping couples for over 15 years to navigate challenges, cultivate closeness and connection, and repair the rifts and ruptures that inevitably arise in their relationships.

I draw upon my own experience, as well as research and in-depth training to help you get to the other side of feeling stuck, alone and frustrated, so that you can once again experience intimacy, tenderness and build true partnership and love in your relationship.

In our fast-paced lives, couples and families often forget how to honor each other's differences and lose the skills to connect with each other in a meaningful and rewarding way.

  • You feel like you’re in a stalemate or repeated conflict with no way to go forward that leaves you feeling empty and disheartened.

  • You feel alone, disconnected (even if you love your partner and they love you).

  • You feel like you easily get lost in the relationship and if you do voice your feelings or needs, it’ll create an argument or you’ll be seen as overdramatic.

Three decades of relationship research have provided invaluable insights into the specific, concrete skills and habits that happy couples rely on and use. When these are absent or uncultivated, relationships are disrupted and partners are left unsure how to find the love and intimacy they seek.


In my experience, intensive couples retreats are the best way to start couples therapy because progress is amplified from the very beginning of our work together. You get a head start and couples often experience a turnaround or breakthrough and leave with clarity about what needs to be worked on and tools to put into practice immediately.

Plus, you don't need to take time out of your busy schedule on a weekly basis. Instead, you dive deep with me and then we can decide which follow-up would work best for you.
